How To Buy (Outside Ottawa):

  1. Print out This Order Form
  2. Fill out the form with how many of each item you would like and your full name and mailing address. Make sure you total up the full amount as well.
  3. Enclose a cheque or money order for the full amount made out to "Trevor May". US Customers - please don't send us money orders from the US postal service - they are not legal tender up here.
  4. Put it all into an envelope and mail it to:
